ROSI FEIST
Rosi Feist, born in 1981 in Dresden in the former GDR, grew up near the borders of Western Germany and the Czech Republic. He studied Media Art & Design at the Bauhaus University Weimar, developing much of his work under Prof. Christine Hill. Feist draws inspiration from photographs taken by his wife during their travels in the USA—capturing abandoned motels, desert landscapes, and overlooked everyday objects. Fascinated by the trivial, he transforms simple items like garden chairs or bins into minimalist pop art.
